Think Tank Training Centre is a world-class VFX, game art, asset creation, and animation school empowering the next generation of creators. Our support team is the backbone that makes this whole thing work, supporting our students, amazing faculty, and each other.
Think Tank Training Centre is on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer — not just any designer, but someone who thrives where strategy and design collide. Someone who sees a blank page and feels excited, not overwhelmed. Someone who knows that building incredible experiences means getting into the trenches — with engineers, users, leadership — and making things happen.
This isn’t a “sit back and wait for tickets” kind of role. This is ownership, leadership, creativity, speed. We're looking for someone who’s eager to shape the future of our global Learning Management System — the platform that powers thousands of aspiring artists worldwide.
What You’ll Work On
- Our internal LMS: The engine behind Think Tank — connecting students, faculty, and administrators across the globe.
- A platform that is beautiful, smart, and exceptionally intuitive — blending modern interface design with built-in AI capabilities.
- A digital community for artists that feels less like software, and more like magic.
What You’ll Do
- Drive product strategy and turn big ideas into beautiful, functional reality.
- Create everything from story maps and user flows to pixel-perfect interfaces and interactive prototypes.
- Lead research and user testing efforts to make sure we’re building the right thing (and building it right).
- Collaborate closely with engineers to explore the limits of technical feasibility, and be willing to adapt when constraints arise.
- Collaborate across marketing, leadership, support — everyone — to deliver a seamless experience.
- Own and evolve our design system to keep it sharp, consistent, and future-ready.
- Be a thought leader: drive conversations, share ideas, challenge assumptions, and level up the team.
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Are just as comfortable talking about product strategy as you are about typography.
- Know how to lead a feature from 0 → launch without needing a step-by-step plan handed to you.
- Move fast, make smart decisions with minimal data, and aren’t afraid to pivot when needed.
- Obsess over making every experience feel effortless, beautiful, and surprisingly delightful.
- Love working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, not throwing designs over the wall.
- Are a natural communicator who proactively shares ideas, flags risks early, and keeps everyone in the loop.
- Thrive in an environment where independence, creativity, and taking initiative are celebrated.
Why Think Tank?
- We’re a global leader in creative education, helping artists around the world break into the industries they love.
- You'll have a huge impact: our platform touches the daily lives of hundreds of students and instructors worldwide.
- You’ll get to build something you’re proud of — something that feels just as beautiful inside as it looks outside.
- We move fast, dream big, and actually care about the people we build for.
