The Head of CoCounsel Platform, Product Management owns the end-to-end product lifecycle for our CoCounsel Legal AI Platform. CoCounsel is a trusted generative AI assistant for legal professionals, working alongside lawyers as a member of the team, completing legal tasks at high quality and superhuman speed. The Head of CoCounsel Platform will scale this transformative product to a pervasive presence across our legal products, a global platform and ecosystem driving partnership with our customers and standardizing the creation of efficient, high-quality generative AI skills across the legal product and technology teams in Thomson Reuters. The legal market is prime for disruption with the advancements in generative AI. We need a leader of leaders to take our take our legal solutions to the next level.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Head of CoCounsel Platform, Product Management, you will be responsible for:• Developing and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CoCounsel Assistant as an external platform• Integrating the CoCounsel Assistant across our legal products to deliver customer value and adoption• Partnering with technology to deliver an internal platform for the rapid development of high-quality AI solutions and skills.• Leading a highly skilled team of product managers and product owners• Closely partnering with leaders in our content and technology teams to ensure high levels of product quality and speed-to-market and our proposition, go-to-market and professional services organizations to ensure the commercial success of our products• Engaging with customers to meet and anticipate their needs• Enabling the internationalization of the CoCounsel AssistantResponsibilities• Owns Cocounsel platform product management process from concept to design, testing, forecast, promotion, support, and redeployment• Sets long-term product strategy, roadmap and delivery plan for CoCounsel platform, continuously raising the bar on innovative solutions to solve customers’ problems• Champions the needs of customers globally and understands local needs• Provides leadership and direction for experienced, global teams under their direct and indirect authority• Persuades senior executives and other internal and external stakeholders to gain wide acceptance of the strategy; relentlessly prioritizes to drive value for customers and TR, ensures that priorities and tests tie to the overall business strategy• Leads business case creation for product investments and monitoring and reporting on financial and operational results• Makes commercially smart decisions that drive the best possible financial and operational results• Develops strong cross-functional relationships (with tech development, customer experience design, marketing, etc.) to deliver high-value products to TR customers• Matures the Product Management practice within our organization and across Thomson Reuters as a whole• Conducts global market landscape research and analysis to identify new technology trends and opportunities for Thomson Reuters to compete and create value for customers• Represents Thomson Reuters to external industry and customer groups, including in presentations and demonstrationsKey Deliverables• Delivery of high-quality, high impact platform capabilities, products and services in partnership with technology, content, etc. with a focus on continuous improvements in the agile development process• Product vision and roadmap - outlines the path towards achieving growth objectives including revenue, profit, market share, and return on investment for all business channels and key customers, in short and long term• Value articulation for new products and enhancements in collaboration with sub-segments and marketingAbout YouYou are a fit for the role of Head of CoCounsel Platform, Product Management if your background includes:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $264,000 - $396,000. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $264,000 - $396,000. The base compensation range in other locations may vary. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
