Mfg. Production Coordinator - job 2 of 2

Eligibility

Must have held current position in CPS for 12 months, meet the qualifications for the position, and not currently on a Performance Improvement Plan

About the Role:

  • Coordinate work processes, product flow, training and lean practices within a production or materials management department to maximize productivity and quality
  • Updates schedules to reflect changes as authorized and communicates the changes as appropriate within the department and to other departments
  • Create and develop weekly training deliverables in the form of SWI documents, facilitates courses and videos
  • Coordinate, track, and report on statistics relating to training activities.
  • Understand, train, and sustain lean practices
  • Investigates defects in system transaction entry and product quality and follows up with employees and management as needed
  • Supports supervisor’s administrative tasks and supplements various tasks requested
  • Prioritizes and completes multiple tasks with minimal management oversight
  • Makes decisions that impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s daily operation

About You:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Enterprise resource planning system experience (e.g. SAP)
  • Knowledge of Lean practices in a related production and materials management environment
  • Experience in training and development of training tools
  • Works with peers, staff members and management on cross-departmental projects
  • Represents TR and creates relationships with vendors supporting production and training materials
  • Frequent contact with internal departments
  • Experience in training and administration of training program
  • Participated in Lean projects

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $44,800 - $83,200.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
