Join us.About the TeamThe global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.Responsibilities:1. Develop traffic and marcom strategy and measurement methods, keep improving campaign messaging efficiency.2. Develop and implement experience strategy and manage onsite resources, especially customer and seller touchpoints, to provide clear efficient B/C campaign experience.3. Product strategy operation: manage campaign related product requirements, develop BRDs and feature timelines to ensure key product and optimization launch4. Market Research: be sensitive to market dynamics, conduct competitor research and provide insights for integrated marketing campaigns.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:1. Experience in marketing research or product strategy in tech or e-commerce companies.2. Have strong empathy and is able to design smooth and clear product&onsite journeys for consumers and sellers.3. Detail driven, able to manage complex projects, able to multitask and timely deliver project progress.Preferred Qualifications:1. E-commerce product operation or product marketing experience preferred2.
