Overview:

If you are a passionate and highly collaborative Motion Designer, then we want you on our team. We are developing the next generation of products for smart home and networking. You will be working on innovative products that are used daily by people all around the world!

Key Responsibilities:

· Execute video projects from concept to completion.

· Develop storyboards, style frames, and animations to communicate design concepts effectively.

· Shoot and capture high-quality images and videos / footages.

· Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, product launches, websites and branding initiatives.

· Maintain consistent visual brand tone across all digital customer touch points.

· Organize project files and documentation for efficient workflow and future reference.

· Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

· Stay up-to-date on motion design trends, video storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to continually elevate TP-Link creative output.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree

· 4+ years (Mid-level) / 2+ years (Jr-level) of demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer creating videos from concept to final approval and implementation.

· Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work

· Creativity and innovative problem-solving skills required

· Proficiency in modern motion design tools (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc)

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Experience with pre-production & production skills are highly preferred

· Experience with 3D (Cinema4D & Blender) is plus

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000
