Successful candidate will perform requirements elicitation using behavioral artifacts such as use cases that are used both to understand and to convey understanding of the required behaviors and performance of the system. Support the development and review of interface documents, system requirements, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development, architectural documentation, engineering estimates, and author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews. Candidate needs to have the ability to be flexible to support various tasking on short notice. As a member of the Core Systems Engineering team, the Systems Engineer will work under the direction of the Core Systems Engineering Lead and supporting various project engineers and requires interfacing with team members, management, and government customers to ensure high quality products are generated on time and within the resources available. Responsibilities include adhering to DOORS processes and procedures, reviewing the content and details of technical products, and acting as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts as-required. Candidate will be actively involved in the efforts associated with Agile development including iteration planning, statusing, and supporting agile team leadership.
