Summary

Our Marketing team at Trengo is looking for an English and Dutch Content Writer who can create compelling, creative and engaging content in various formats across the full customer journey to support our go-to-market efforts. This role requires strong bilingual copywriting skills in English and Dutch, and a deep understanding of content's role in a B2B software environment. It will be an ideal position for a motivated and strategic content creator who loves shaping customer experiences with impactful messaging, staying on top of content trends, and working cross-functionally to drive business success. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating high-quality, solutions-oriented content that fuels marketing campaigns and drives conversions.

What your role will look like
  • Content Creation: Write persuasive and engaging copy and content in English and Dutch for all stages of Trengo’s customer journey, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, one-pagers, social media, ads, reports, and more.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and create targeted, solutions-oriented messaging for specific audiences.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with GTM teams to develop sales enablement content that supports outbound efforts and helps drive conversions.
  • SEO & Inbound Marketing: Create SEO-optimized content to support inbound funnels and boost organic traffic, focusing on conversion-driven copy.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a strong, on-brand voice that differentiates Trengo in the B2B software space across all mediums and formats.


What we expect
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar content marketing role, with proven experience creating engaging content for B2B software companies.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Dutch with a minimum C1 level in both languages, demonstrating sharp copywriting skills in both.
  • Content Expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content formats including landing page copy, SEO blogs, emails, social media, and sales enablement materials (we’ll ask for this during the hiring process!)
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales and customer success teams to align content with customer needs and feedback, creating a seamless customer journey for various verticals and personas.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Webflow, Google Analytics, and Asana.
  • Data-Driven: Uses data to inform content priorities and track performance, demonstrating the ability to optimize based on insights.
  • Self-Starter: Curious, driven, and able to work independently with full ownership of goals and KPIs.
