Business Development Executive, Federal Health IT

Turning Point Global Solutions LLC (TurningPoint) is seeking an experienced Federal Health Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team focused on growth and securing new business within the federal healthcare information technology sector. If you’re a dynamic, results-driven business development professional with a track record of closing complex deals, we want to hear from you!


Location: TurningPoint headquarters (Rockville MD) with hybrid option (with travel as needed)


What You’ll Do:

- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the federal healthcare market.

- Lead sales presentations, develop client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle.

- Leverage your federal healthcare network to gain insights into upcoming procurements.

- Collaborate with our capture team and senior management on capture strategies, proposal reviews, and win themes.

- Track and manage opportunities through Salesforce, ensuring pipeline accuracy.

- Contribute to solution development by articulating TurningPoint’s value proposition.


What We’re Looking For:

- Consistent career success in selling complex software and consulting solutions to federal healthcare agencies with 10+ years of experience highly preferred. 

- Strong understanding of federal healthcare missions, systems, and procurement processes.

- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and delivering high-value solutions.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and writing & editing skills.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or information technology.
