Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Operations (Americas)

Twitch, the world's biggest live streaming service, is seeking a Senior Manager, Trust & Safety Operations to lead the operational aspect of keeping Twitch users safe in the Americas and coordinating global content moderation.

Skills

Data-driven approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in operational online safety or content moderation
Direct management experience
Ability to recognize biases or conflicts of interest

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Trust & Safety Operations team
Manage and mentor team members
Work with global management peers to drive high quality outcomes for the Twitch Community
Manage relevant workflows, processes and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in operations
Track and achieve relevant metrics and KPIs
Interface with Customer Trust global leadership
Aid the Moderation team in handling sensitive content
