General Manager

Victors Home Solutions is one of the largest home improvement companies in the Midwest, honored to serve our homeowners with premium products, warranties, and the best customer experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on our expert workmanship in all aspects of home improvement, and hold commitment to consistent, high-quality work. We are aggressively looking for General Managers to join our growing team! 


The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location’s day-to-day operations; our ideal candidate is the ‘sunrise and sunset’ for the entire branch. You will drive  growth, performance metrics, create an amazing workplace culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same.

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:
  • Oversee day to day branch operations and employee productivity
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the branch
  • P&L oversight
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Work autonomously while ensuring COO expectations are readily met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization
  • Assist in launch of additional product lines
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers and partners


To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in a management role
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
  • Must work in-office


$125,000 - $150,000 a year
