Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Communications Specialist to join our team and help shape the voice, and share key messages with our studio. In this role, you will focus primarily on internal communication, ensuring employees stay informed, engaged, and aligned with the studio’s vision and priorities. You will also contribute to external communications by showcasing success stories and reinforcing our brand’s reputation. 

As part of the communications team, you will collaborate closely with leadership and key stakeholders across the studio to craft compelling messages, streamline communication processes, and support strategic initiatives. 

Main mission

Internal Communications & Engagement 

  • Together with the bigger Communication team, develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance transparency, engagement, and alignment across the studio. 
  • Craft compelling internal content, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, and intranet updates. 
  • Be a key business partner for leadership and internal teams to ensure clear, consistent, and inspiring messaging across all levels of the studio. 
  • Drive change communication efforts and help teams navigate transitions effectively with clarity and engagement. 
  • Monitor internal communications effectiveness, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed. 

Content Creation & Storytelling 

  • Identify and share success stories, milestones, and key achievements celebrating our teams and reinforce studio values. 
  • Develop engaging content for internal and select external channels, ensuring consistency with our studio’s voice and mission. 
  • Support social media and employer branding efforts by highlighting internal initiatives and team culture. 

Process Optimization & Strategic Alignment 

  • Improve and refine internal communication processes, ensuring they are efficient and meet the needs of different stakeholders. 
  • Align internal messaging with broader studio and corporate communication strategies. 
  • Track and analyze communication performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or content creation, ideally within a fast-paced, creative environment. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines. 
  • Experience working with leadership and navigating complex stakeholder relationships. 
  • Knowledge of digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and social media best practices. 
  • A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for fostering engagement and culture.
