As part of Institutional Banking, the Investor Services team provides telephone support to mutual fund shareholders, prospective shareholders and the public. These calls can range from trade details, distributions, tax forms, purchases and redemptions with the goal of placing trades.
As an Investor Services Rep, you will support shareholders by resolving their issues in a pleasant manner. Ask open ended questions to determine the root cause and provide solutions. As your knowledge increases, you will begin working with alternative investments and have opportunities to advance within the team. This is a cyclical environment that becomes very fast-paced during tax season. The Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) licensure is required within 6 months and you will be provided with internal resources as well as study time to successfully pass the exam. You must also be available to work a set 8 hour schedule between the hours of 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday-Friday.
The team works hard but, in a fun, relaxed environment where the dress code is casual. Associates will complete tasks individually but still have a team around them to offer support when needed. An inclusive environment where senior leaders go out of their way to meet new associates.
How you’ll spend your time:
Use your financial acumen to educate callers on funds and products to achieve customer satisfaction
Use your detail-orientation to process all transactions for shareholders to achieve accurate investments

You possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
You possess a minimum six months working in a customer service environment that required direct in person or phone interaction.
Compensation Range:
