The Impact You'll Make:

You'll drive the evolution of our email, push, and in-app messaging channels, transforming our business into a multi-vertical platform. You’ll report to the Senior Director, CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, and you'll play a crucial role in activating, engaging, and retaining our growing user base.

  • Channel Expertise: Own and optimize email, push, and in-app messaging to activate, engage, and retain users, ensuring best practices and deliverability in alignment with industry trends.

  • Campaign Calendar Ownership: Develop and maintain a comprehensive CRM campaign calendar, aligning with strategic goals, product launches, and marketing objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, Acquisition, and Merchant teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives, integrating CRM strategies into key product launches and marketing initiatives.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze CRM data to identify trends, run A/B tests, and apply insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates across all CRM channels.

  • CRM Automation: Leverage AI, establish efficient CRM processes, and manage timelines to keep CRM initiatives organized and on track.

What You Should Have:

  • 4+ years of direct CRM or Lifecycle Marketing experience, preferably supporting a consumer mobile application.

  • Deep functional knowledge of enterprise marketing engagement platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Hubspot, and Customer.io.

  • Proficiency in developing complex Lifecycle Marketing automation.

  • Experience owning, maintaining, and executing marketing campaign calendars.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.

  • Desire to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across our organization.

Location:

This is a hybrid role based in either our DC or NYC office. To start, in-office attendance is required twice a week, and it may increase based on project-based needs and/or changes in Upside's in-office policy.

Compensation:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000 - $135,000 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
