The Operations Preparedness Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of process improvement initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role includes managing projects that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and support the company's strategic vision. The Preparedness Manager serves as a bridge between departments to implement change and measure outcomes effectively.

Shift Days: Monday-Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.)
Pay Rate: from $75,000 salaried
Travel Requirement - up to 25% based on project need
