Persona encargada de gestionar y ejecutar estrategias digitales en redes sociales para conectar con la audiencia de Vana de manera creativa y dinámica. Será responsable de la creación de contenido atractivo, monitoreo y análisis de métricas, y la interacción con la comunidad digital para incrementar la presencia y percepción positiva de la marca.


Requerimientos:

- Estudiante de los últimos años o graduado en Marketing, Ciencias de la Comunicación, Diseño Gráfico o carrera afín.

3 años de experiencia como Community Manager o en roles relacionados con redes sociales.


- Experiencia y conocimiento práctico de las principales redes sociales, especialmente en Tiktok, con un entendimiento profundo de su funcionamiento, tendencias y algoritmos, adquirido tanto desde un enfoque personal como profesional.


- Conocimiento básico de edición de video para redes sociales como TikTok e Instagram Reels.

- Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de gestión de redes sociales como Meta Business Suite, metricool.

- Excelente redacción y ortografía.

- Creatividad para generar contenido innovador y acorde a las tendencias digitales.

- Capacidad de análisis de métricas y resultados de campañas.

- Habilidad para identificar oportunidades de interacción y gestionar la comunidad con empatía.
