Senior Product Manager, Audit

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for Vanta's audit experience, working directly with Vanta’s customers and audit partners to create a streamlined audit experience. You will dive deep into the audit space and develop innovative products to make it easier, faster, and delightful for Vanta’s customers to achieve their business goals.

You’ll join a growing team of PMs and will play a critical role in shaping Vanta's product strategy and product team culture. If you are a builder of customer-delighting products who thrives while having impact at a high-growth company, we would love to hear from you!

What you’ll do as a Senior Product Manager at Vanta:

• Deeply understand our customers and our market

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s audit and auditor products

• Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company

• Deliver a high quality product addressing key customer pain points and creating opportunities for competitive advantage

• Help to define and shape Vanta's product team culture as we grow

How to be successful in this role:

• Have prior experience as an auditor, financial audit experience preferred, IT audit OK too

• Have 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record for delivering high-quality products to customers

• Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with go-to-market teams

• Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken

• Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders

• Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management

• Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives

To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges for all US-based job postings regardless of state. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is $176,000 - $207,000. This role may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
