About This Role

As a Customer Success Expert at Vasco, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to achieve their goals and drive meaningful growth. Your work will involve configuring and implementing solutions that transform how businesses understand and expand their revenue operations (RevOps) and architecture. By leveraging your expertise in HubSpot and passion for RevOps, you will ensure our clients’ success and enable their long-term growth.

You Will Achieve This By

  • Configuring and implementing Vasco solutions customized to meet each client’s unique needs.

  • Guiding clients from understanding their business requirements through to going live with tailored solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

  • Delivering expert advice on RevOps and Revenue Architecture best practices, utilizing the full potential of HubSpot and Vasco’s tools.

  • Managing the entire implementation process with precision, ensuring every detail is attended to and projects are executed seamlessly.

  • Partnering with clients to identify opportunities for optimization and making strategic adjustments to their revenue systems.

  • Contributing to the growth and evolution of Vasco's platform by providing valuable insights derived from client feedback and industry trends.

What You Need on Day 1 to Be Successful

  • Proven HubSpot expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot in real-world business applications.

  • RevOps passion and experience: A strong background in and/or a keen interest in Revenue Operations and Revenue Architecture.

  • Project management prowess: Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-driven approach to managing multiple projects.

  • Self-starter mindset: The ability to work independently and remain proactive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills: A knack for solving problems and deriving insights from complex data.

  • Communication and Collaboration excellence: Stellar interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and nurture strong client relationships.

  • Startup-ready adaptability: Experience thriving in a dynamic, high-growth startup culture.

It Would Be Great If

  • You held relevant certifications in RevOps, HubSpot, Salesforce and/or project management.

  • You have experience working in a Customer Success function

  • You have had exposure to forecasting (target-setting) exercises

  • You understand the common unit economics of B2B SaaS businesses

  • You have used Business Intelligence tools

Vos Missions

  • Configurer et implémenter les solutions Vasco adaptées aux besoins uniques de chaque client.

  • Guider les clients, de la compréhension de leurs exigences métier jusqu’au déploiement de solutions personnalisées qui génèrent des résultats mesurables.

  • Offrir des conseils d’expert sur les meilleures pratiques en matière de RevOps et d’architecture des revenus, en exploitant pleinement HubSpot et les outils de Vasco.

  • Gérer l’ensemble du processus d’implémentation avec précision, en veillant à ce que chaque détail soit pris en compte et que les projets soient exécutés sans accroc.
