About This Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our customer base by leveraging predictable channels. This role is crucial in helping us scale our pipeline and achieve our growth objectives.

You Will Achieve This By

  • Identifying and targeting potential customers through proactive outreach, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and strategic social media engagement.

  • Conducting thorough research to understand prospect needs, industry trends, and competitive insights, tailoring your approach to resonate with their challenges and goals.

  • Articulating the value of Vasco’s products and services with confidence, showcasing how our solutions meet the unique needs of prospective clients.

  • Qualifying leads to ensure they align with ideal customer profiles, and setting up meetings or demos for the sales team.

  • Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, enhance lead quality, and improve conversion rates.

  • Maintaining meticulous records of outreach activities and lead interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.

  • Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation, qualified meetings, and pipeline growth.

Work Environment - Hybrid

  • We intentionally work in-office four days a week in the heart of Downtown Montreal, with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This setup gives you the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays or Fridays. It’s a fantastic way to foster strong relationships, collaborate closely with your teammates, and drive impactful projects forward together.

  • This position is 4 days in person. Our office is at WeWork Place Ville-Marie. With our anchor days, you can work remotely on Wednesdays or Fridays.
