About This Role

Are you a marketing generalist with a passion for creating impactful strategies and driving predictable outcomes? As a Marketing Coordinator at Vasco, you’ll harness your broad marketing expertise to build a predictable lead-generation engine. This role is not about ticking off activities—it’s about delivering measurable results and fueling our pipeline for growth.

You Will Achieve This By

Foundations:

  • Gaining a deep understanding of our product, market, and competitive positioning.

  • Refining and articulating compelling Unique Value Proposition(s).

  • Identifying and developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and personas for targeted marketing.

Activities:

  • Your work will involve hands-on execution and/or coordination with contractors to deliver:

  • Engaging content such as product videos, graphics, infographics, website copy, and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate strategic social media campaigns to build awareness and engagement.

  • Create effective email campaigns tailored to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • Community-driven posts that foster interaction and brand loyalty.

  • Helping with the organization of impactful events and webinars.

  • Rigorous A/B testing of messaging, touchpoints, channels, and more to refine tactics.

  • Measuring, reporting, and automating processes in HubSpot CRM to create a data-driven approach for scalable lead generation.

Work Environment - Hybrid

  • We intentionally work in-office four days a week in the heart of Downtown Montreal, with anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. This setup gives you the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays or Fridays. It’s a fantastic way to foster strong relationships, collaborate closely with your teammates, and drive impactful projects forward together.

  • This position is 4 days in person. Our office is at WeWork Place Ville-Marie. With our anchor days, you can work remotely on Wednesdays or Fridays.

Fondations :

  • Acquérir une compréhension approfondie de notre produit, marché et positionnement concurrentiel.
