Job Description

As a Regeneration Operator for Suez WTS you will provide critical support to our customers and business by maintaining and preparing a variety of mobile water filtration equipment for dispatch out of our Choose Location Service Center.

What You will do:

  • Regenerates ion exchange resins and filtration media with acids, bases and other chemicals.
  • Performs quality checks before, during and after the regeneration process to ensure Veolia and customer specifications have been met.
  • Moves resins and filtration media from regenerators to storage tanks to ion exchange tanks/bottles or mobile equipment.
  • Performs repairs on equipment both in plant and for mobile dispatch
  • Performs daily rounds, obtaining readings on mobile and site equipment.
  • Performs calibrations on analytical testing equipment as needed or required.
  • Follows EHS procedures and policies, always maintains site safety.

Qualifications

What You bring:

  • A High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Experience in Service/Maintenance or work in an industrial environment is a plus but not required.
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Dependable, accountable, and diligent especially regarding safety!

Nice to have:

  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or technical certification in instrumentation, controls, or PLC experience a plus.
  • Experience with water treatment equipment is a bonus
