Use your negotiation skills to advise on, review, draft, and negotiate agreements in support of new and existing advertising and digital media products.
Provide product counseling related to any new data/tech products and services to be launched by the business.
Be the trusted advisor who responds promptly to complex legal requests, coordinating with the team and outside counsel to deliver practical, timely, and high-quality advice.
Use your problem-solving skills to identify and assess business and legal risks, finding innovative ways to mitigate them while achieving product and transactional goals.
Build strong relationships to facilitate a coordinated team approach to launching new products and features.
What you'll bring:
A minimum of 3-5 years of legal and transactional experience, preferably with adtech, advertising, digital media, and/or technology experience.
Have product counseling experience within the adtech/digital media field.
Experience drafting and negotiating strategic digital media inventory partnerships, as well as ad measurement, data clean room, and DSP/SSP agreements.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work practically and quickly to evaluate risk, solve problems, and make decisions that balance risk, opportunity, and business objectives.
