Position Summary...What you'll do...The Walmart Fraud Strategy team is looking for an individual contributor excited about building and enhancing next generation fraud solutions for our expanding Business to Business (B2B) team.This role will identify opportunities through data, drive development, prioritization, and implementation efforts across an array of business and technology workstreams contributing to the success of our fraud prevention efforts in the B2B space. As part of the AP organization for eCommerce and reporting to the Director, Fraud Strategy, you will use data to drive engagement across multiple business channels to ensure execution of initiatives reducing fraud losses while creating an enhanced business customer experience.Duties:Represent the Fraud Strategy team in collaboration with business, risk, and engineering teams to build and evaluate business cases supporting investment decision in fraud initiatives specific to B2B. Communicate both high level and detailed product specifications incorporating business rules, flows, cases, and user experience focused deliverables. Support product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions. Coordinate post launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful. Define, track, and improve key product metrics. Provide status reporting on fraud initiatives. Demonstrate up-to-date expertise and apply this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance in the application of information and best practices; support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs; and build commitment for perspectives and rationales.
