Position Summary...What you'll do...Walmart Commerce Technologies (WCT) is a new start up team within Walmart Global Tech commercializing internally developed technologies. WCT team is focused on externalizing proven Walmart technologies and packaging them as a SaaS offering for retailers and other companies.The Director, Product - Technology commercialization Ads will be responsible for leading the development of an ads platform as part of the commercialized offerings. Success in this role requires high comfort with ambiguity, entrepreneurial mentality and deep experience of ads products. You will have the unique opportunity to commercialize mature enterprise systems and enable them for a whole industry of retailers.What you'll do:• Lead the overall team vision and shape the strategy for development of a successful ads platform within the Walmart Commerce Technologies product portfolio.• Define and execute strategies for growth of the ads platform and guide the team through the ambiguous product decisions.• Manage a team of product managers, building consistent product practices and processes.• Champion the team vision and drive alignment among cross functional stakeholders.• Guide the team on effective methods of discovery, product iteration and drive the effective delivery of products Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.What you'll bring:• Bachelors degree and 10-12 years of experience in product management• 5 -7 years leading product teams within the ads domainAbout Walmart Global TechImagine working in an environment where one line of code can make life easier for hundreds of millions of people.
