This leader will be part of creating the comprehensive enterprise-wide design strategy to grow and evolve our digital people experiences. In addition to being a thought partner to our business, engineering, and product partners, this leader will help set the standards for consumer grade tools, and experiences for our associates across campus and field populations. This role includes leadership, hands-on design and design direction, and growth of a team of designers in this area.In this role, you will employ your depth of knowledge designing enterprise software and services to make the complex simple, clear, and trusted.
