Position Summary...What you'll do...Looking for a talented Senior Manager, Project Management, who will lead and drive strategic communications and engagement initiatives across specific pillars within People Tech & Services (PT&S).• Drive key initiatives that enhance associate engagement and align with business objectives.• Oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of All Hands meetings, develop strategic internal communications plans, and foster community building through Workplace• Manage associate surveys for actionable insights, designing and executing Listening Sessions to improve organizational health, and crafting executive newsletters that highlight achievements and priorities• Partner with leadership to create impactful executive narratives and presentation decks, lead recognition programs through engaging content like videos and product spotlights, and manage AEM content to ensure associates have access to relevant information.• With a base foundation in video editing, you also strategize and produce demo videos to showcase organizational successes and innovations.About the Team: EBS - People Tech & ServicesThe Enterprise People Tech & Services team supports the successful deployment and adoption of new People technology & services across the enterprise.
