Position Summary...What you'll do...We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Pay & Financial Well-being Experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on financial products and services. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Pay & Financial Well-being Experiences, aligned with the company's overall mission and goals.• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from discovery to implementation, ensuring excellence of the experience.• Cross-functional Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with business, user experience, engineering, and other teams to ensure cohesive and successful product launches.• Customer Focus: Advocate for the user by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and incorporating their feedback into the product development cycle.• Performance Tracking: Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Key Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:• At least 7 years of Product Management experience at a consumer or enterprise software company, preferably within the financial or HR technology space• Experience creating product roadmaps, product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria• Experience with design thinking, persona journey mapping, user and market research, creating storyboards, and generating quick feedback loops in an agile delivery model• Experience defining success criteria and identifying key metrics to measure adoption and identify opportunities for improvement• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, balance multiple tasks, and meet deadlines• Being able to communicate well at different levels, particularly having experience presenting to executive leaders• Being flexible and open to the ambiguity of the changing landscape and ready to jump into anything.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.• Skills:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication, presentation, and partnership abilities abilities.• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Proficiency in product management tools and software.About the TeamWalmart's People Product & Design organization fulfills Walmart's people-led, tech-powered vision by creating world-class experiences that attract, enable, and grow the workforce of the future.
