Description du poste

Nous recherchons des talents souhaitant intégrer une entreprise en pleine croissance et désireux d'allier une expertise sectorielle avec du développement commercial. Aux côtés d'un Senior Account Manager, votre rôle sera de développer et de transformer le positionnement du cabinet auprès d'un grand compte des secteurs du luxe, du retail, des transports ou des services.  

En intégrant la practice Digital Customer, qui accompagne des entreprises françaises et internationales de ces secteurs dans leurs grands projets de transformation, vous rejoindrez une direction commerciale dont la mission est de transformer le positionnement de Wavestone chez les clients leaders des secteurs du luxe, du retail, des transports et des services, en étroite collaboration avec les consultants de la practice. 

Au cœur des plus grands enjeux actuels et futurs de ces secteurs, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans leurs projets de transformation les plus importants : mise en place de stratégies de traitement et d’exploitation des données pour l’enrichissement de l’expérience digitale, digitalisation des parcours et processus métier, mise en place de marketplaces, conception de nouveaux services et développement d’offres durables… 

Agissant comme un véritable entrepreneur et en étroite collaboration avec le Top Management de Wavestone, vous tisserez votre réseau auprès de prescripteurs de haut niveau pour identifier et gagner les missions qui feront changer de dimension Wavestone sur votre compte. Vous serez notamment amené(e) à réaliser les missions suivantes : 


1/ Développement commercial & relation client 

  • Gérer et entretenir la relation client dans une logique de partenariat sur le long terme : 
  • En autonomie, prospecter de nouveaux donneurs d'ordres sur votre compte ; 
  • Organiser et mener des rendez-vous client en binôme avec les équipes conseil afin de présenter le cabinet et ses expertises et d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités business ; 
  • Être garant de la satisfaction client et de la mise en place de plans d’actions éventuels, dans le but de créer une relation solide et durable avec vos clients.  

 

2/ Ventes complexes 

  • Piloter en mode projet le cycle d'avant-vente de nos prestations de conseil, dans un souci constant de différenciation : qualification des besoins du client, élaboration de la stratégie de réponse, rédaction de l'offre commerciale, présentation au client ; 
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des managers et consultants qui contribuent aux réponses aux appels d'offres ; 
  • Négocier l'offre commerciale auprès des Directions Achats de nos clients et sécuriser la vente.  

 

3/ Stratégie de compte 

  • Analyser le potentiel de l'environnement client et cibler les périmètres prioritaires sur lesquels investir commercialement ; 
  • Définir et piloter les plans d'actions commerciaux pour développer notre positionnement sur un compte donné. 

Qualifications

Motivé·e pour apprendre et diplômé·e d'une grande école d'ingénieurs, de management ou d'une grande université, vous êtes attiré·e par le business development et la vente complexe et possédez une appétence pour les secteurs du luxe, du retail, des transports ou des services.
