Program Manager, Partners

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. Webflow is the leading visual development platform for building powerful websites without writing code. By combining modern web development technologies into one platform, Webflow enables people to build websites visually, saving engineering time, while clean code seamlessly generates in the background. From independent designers and creative agencies to Fortune 500 companies, millions worldwide use Webflow to be more nimble, creative, and collaborative. It’s the web, made better.

We’re looking for a Program Manager, Partners to help us build and scale a best-in-class partner experience for all agency partners building with and on-top of Webflow.

At Webflow, our partners are a key part of our flywheel — representing a large portion of our customers, community and one of our greatest opportunities for growth. The partner program is where our best in class service providers (freelancers & agencies) are represented — and where they can get the training, incentives, and opportunities they need to scale their practice with Webflow. As we push into our next chapter of growth — we’re looking to amplify our partner program, its impact, and the partners within it. To get there, we need a motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Community & Agency Marketing, the Partner Program Manager will play a critical role in scaling the number of high performing partners we work with and owning their direct communication and experience. This role will be focused on growing the number of freelancer and agency partners building with and on top of Webflow — helping to identify and train them to sell Webflow to their respective clients. In addition to this, this role will own one-to-many communications with our partners and work closely with our sales partnership team to identify enterprise prospects & partners who should be graduated to support our enterprise motion.

About the role

The base pay for this role ranges from  $107,200 in our lowest geographic market up to $149,800 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

  • Analyze partner data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Optimize partner program processes to drive incremental revenue, expansion, and product knowledge amongst partners
