We’re looking for a Program Manager, Partners to help us build and scale a best-in-class partner experience for all agency partners building with and on-top of Webflow.
At Webflow, our partners are a key part of our flywheel — representing a large portion of our customers, community and one of our greatest opportunities for growth. The partner program is where our best in class service providers (freelancers & agencies) are represented — and where they can get the training, incentives, and opportunities they need to scale their practice with Webflow. As we push into our next chapter of growth — we’re looking to amplify our partner program, its impact, and the partners within it. To get there, we need a motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Director of Community & Agency Marketing, the Partner Program Manager will play a critical role in scaling the number of high performing partners we work with and owning their direct communication and experience. This role will be focused on growing the number of freelancer and agency partners building with and on top of Webflow — helping to identify and train them to sell Webflow to their respective clients. In addition to this, this role will own one-to-many communications with our partners and work closely with our sales partnership team to identify enterprise prospects & partners who should be graduated to support our enterprise motion.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different US geographic markets. The base pay for this role ranges from $107,200 in our lowest geographic market up to $149,800 in our highest geographic market. These figures are in $USD and apply to candidates in the United States. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Program Manager, Partners, you’ll …
- Identify, onboard and manage new and existing partners
- Optimize the partner onboarding process, including initial outreach, qualification, and alignment on program requirements and expectations
- Own the day-to-day operations for your respective partners, including tracking their performance metrics, managing communications and resolving partner inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement strategies to accelerate partner acquisition and streamline the activation & lifecycle for ramping and active partners via email, promotions, campaigns and marketing opportunities
- Develop and deliver partner enablement programs including, downloadable resources, training, webinars, newsletters and challenges to empower partners to effectively promote and sell Webflow
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a subset of high performing freelancers & small - medium sized agencies — providing ongoing support, content opportunities, guidance, and resources to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with partners through regular communication, office hours, feedback sessions and strategic partner activations/events
- Analyze partner data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Optimize partner program processes to drive incremental revenue, expansion, and product knowledge amongst partners
- Champion Webflow’s certified partners and their needs to our internal teams (i.e. product, marketplace, customer success & marketing) to ensure their needs are being met and workflows are considered in our GTM & product planning
- Represent the the voice of partners in internal meetings, workshops, and events — gathering feedback & creating engaging and informative materials to drive alignment across teams and increase partner engagement
- Represent Webflow online and at external events including Webflow Conf, trade shows, partner meetings, activations and more

About you
You’ll thrive as a/an Program Manager, Partners if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel development or a related role
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting, onboarding, and managing partners to drive revenue growth & customer success at scale
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate partner data and feedback into actionable insights and strategies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable impact and ROI
- A strong desire to be in customer facing role and enjoy working with both internal and external parties
Bonus points:
- A strong understanding of Webflow and its community
- Have experience as a Webflow partner and/or have worked with a Webflow partner in the past
- Have experience working in both product-led & sales-led organizations
