As our Technical Programme Manager, you’ll steer a high-impact, 3-year programme, keeping it on track, on budget, and aligned with our big goals. Acting as the Chief Digital Officer’s right hand, you’ll connect the dots across teams—tech, product, marketing, and more—bringing clarity, accountability, and smarter ways of working.

Location
- London hybrid (2 days per week in London office, occasional travel to Norwich)

You are responsible for:

  • Managing the governance of a 3-year, 8-figure digital transformation programme, helping to ensure it stays on track, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Acting as the Chief Digital Officer’s right hand, providing updates and insights to drive success.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Technology, Global Leadership Team, and cross-functional teams (tech, product, marketing, operations, finance).
  • Creating and maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and process maps to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Facilitating financial and progress reviews, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Driving new ways of working, including process improvements and best practices.
  • Aligning diverse teams and priorities through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Tracking programme KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, with actionable insights.
  • Ensuring high standards of organisation, discipline, and attention to detail.

You bring:

  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes, ideally in digital or tech.

  • Experience working with technical and product teams.
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and finance to align priorities.
  • Expertise in governance, financial oversight, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Confidence in process mapping and driving business transformation.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
