We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to building high-quality, scalable user interfaces and driving frontend excellence across the organization. You’ll work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to develop intuitive and performant user experiences

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to develop core product features.
Write clean, well-structured, and documented code that is maintainable and scalable.
Translate complex UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive web applications.
Maintain and improve frontend architecture to ensure quality, performance, and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Implement pixel-perfect interfaces that are consistent across all supported browsers.
Proactively communicate progress, blockers, and solutions with your team and stakeholders.
Contribute to team meetings, stand-ups, and 1:1s with actionable insights and feedback.
Offer mentorship and feedback to peers while actively seeking the same for personal growth.
Stay current with emerging frontend and AI technologies to improve development workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on frontend development.
At least 3–4 years in a senior role building large-scale applications.
Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, system design, and REST APIs.
Experience with Cypress or similar testing tools for writing automated frontend tests.
Proven ability to deliver accessible, performant, and scalable UI solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong UX and product sense with a pragmatic approach to building MVPs.
Experience integrating AI tools or workflows into frontend development is a plus.

Bonus:

Familiarity with backend technologies such as NodeJS, Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
Exposure to infrastructure tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, or Terraform.
