Part-time Critical Shift RN (Registered Nurse)

As a Part-time Critical Shift RN, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering nursing care based on physician orders, maintaining accurate medical records, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants. You will also collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive resident care, while providing guidance and training to new team members.

To qualify for the Part-time Critical Shift RN position, you must hold a valid Virginia RN license, possess CPR and First Aid certification, and have at least a high school diploma or GED. While an Associate's degree in Nursing is preferred, your experience and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are just as important.

As a Part-time Critical Shift RN, you can expect to work between two to three shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and nights. We design schedules 30 days in advance to provide flexibility and meet both your needs and the requirements of our facility.

In your role as a Part-time Critical Shift RN, you'll work closely with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and their families to assess progress, address concerns, and develop care plans. Your ability to communicate effectively will play a crucial role in ensuring quality nursing care and enhancing the residents' comfort and wellbeing.
