As our Website & Brand Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing delightful, high-performing websites and brand experiences. This role demands creativity, agility, and an impeccable eye for detail, and is ideal for someone energised by quick turnarounds, frequent collaboration, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design impactful, visually stunning landing pages, micro-sites, product illustrations, icons, and micro-animations.

  2. Collaborate directly with marketing, product, and development teams to rapidly iterate and launch digital assets.

  3. Enhance and expand our design system, maintaining consistency while continuously introducing innovation.

  4. Craft memorable storytelling experiences for our primary website and associated marketing materials.

  5. Contribute proactively to branding initiatives that strengthen our overall visual identity.

  6. Continuously enhance user experience across all digital touch-points, balancing creativity with performance goals.

What You'll Need:

  1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience designing interactive, conversion-focused websites, preferably at a B2B SaaS, design agency, or tech-forward product company.

  2. Exceptional skills in visual, UI/UX, and interactive design, demonstrated by a standout portfolio showcasing your best work.

  3. Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Canva.

  4. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively collaborate with development teams.

  5. Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, balance, and proportion.

  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering quality work efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  7. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and actively seeking constructive feedback.
