The Senior Talent Payment Manager is responsible for management of the talent payment process for all W+K commercials (broadcast, digital, industrial videos, nonunion and other content created by Wieden + Kennedy for its clients. As the Senior Talent Payment Manager at Wieden+Kennedy in the vibrant heart of New York City, you'll play an essential role in managing the talent payment process for all our commercials, including broadcast, digital, and industrial videos. Your expertise will shine as you collaborate with producers and business affairs managers, ensuring adherence to SAG jurisdictions right from the creative concept phase. You’ll be the go-to person for overseeing casting specs, managing talent clearance, and processing essential documents to avoid any union-related issues. Your organized nature will be crucial in creating and organizing session documents, and upon the conclusion of each shoot, you’ll review contracts, manage talent session pay authorization, and ensure prompt payment for performers.
