WinnCompanies is searching for an organized and agile Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Harvest Park, a 90-unit affordable housing community located in Chico, CA.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
