WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Providence Court, a 420-unit AMI and market property located in Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm, and the 1st Saturday of the month from 10am-5pm.
