WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager I to join our team at Westminster Senior Apartments, a 92-unit senior living community located in Westminster, CA.
In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment communities, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $29.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

You’ll process move-ins and move-outs timely, maintain tenant files meticulously, and facilitate the collection of rents per the local guidelines. Outside of the paperwork, you’ll lead a passionate maintenance team to keep our grounds well maintained and support our residents to enhance their living experience. That means addressing resident concerns promptly and championing our resident engagement initiatives. Not to forget, you’ll also assist in preparing the property’s annual budget and be on top of financial reporting.
