As our first Sales Enablement Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and lead a high-impact program from the ground up. You will collaborate with our Sales, Customer Success and the Marketing teams and equip them with the tools and training they need to excel in a competitive market. You'll play a key role in building a world-class enablement program, and in accelerating sales cycles, increasing win rates, and driving Wisedocs AI's expansion.

We're on the lookout for our first Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team, someone who’s excited about building an impactful enablement program from scratch. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, equipping them with all the training and resources necessary to excel in today’s competitive market. Your responsibilities will include developing a robust sales enablement strategy, creating engaging sales content, and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams to ensure everyone is aligned on messaging and product launches. If you are passionate about leveraging technology to optimize processes, conducting market research to empower teams, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, this is the right role for you! We're looking for candidates with 3-5 years of experience in a similar enablement role, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment.
