Wonderschool is seeking a Provider Onboarding Manager to facilitate the onboarding of child care providers to their platform, ensuring a seamless experience from recruitment through training and support.

Responsibilities: Manage the onboarding process for new child care providers, deliver training on the platform, support providers in business growth, and log interactions in CRM.

Skills: 3+ years in onboarding, customer service, or account management; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot; strong communication skills; problem-solving abilities; bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Location: This is a fully remote position, with travel required about 25% of the time.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $90,000.

Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes, as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable child care providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace.

In this role, you will work directly with our providers as they join the Wonderschool community. This role is responsible for the provider’s experience from recruiting the provider to the initial account creation through the set-up of their platform and end-user training.

You will:

• Deliver an excellent Provider experience by managing the onboarding process for Providers 
• Train and onboard Providers to the Wonderschool platform and suite of products
• Help Providers grow their businesses and make more money
• Be super organized; log all interactions and call notes in CRM (HubSpot) 
• Recruit virtually, and sometimes in-person, child care providers for business coaching and to use our tools
• Empower Providers to be self-starters, to proactively find answers to their questions, and to become adept users of Wonderschool’s products 
• Work closely with sales, customer support and engineering to report issues and bugs
• Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the provider team
• Be willing to travel when needed, ~25% of the time

You have:

• 3+ years of onboarding, customer service, or account management experience in the technology or education space 
• Comfort with high volume/velocity customer interactions 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through email, video demos, and audio calls 
• Prior experience using HubSpot or another CRM solution 
• Demonstrated embodiment of Wonderschool values:
