We are seeking an Implementation Manager Team Lead to oversee and drive the success of our implementation team. In this role, you will manage a team of talented implementation managers, allocate projects strategically, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services to customers.

As a vital part of the customer experience journey, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, managing team performance, and fostering collaboration between internal teams and customers. Your ability to balance technical understanding with project and people management will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

People Management:

• Guide, mentor, and cultivate a team of implementation managers, offering constructive feedback and promoting their professional development.

Project Allocation:

• Strategically allocate projects to team members, taking into account the customer’s location and the availability of resources.

Project Monitoring:

• Oversee the seamless execution of projects by identifying and addressing potential risks proactively.

Project Management:

• Maintain up-to-date boards reflecting the current status of projects, including deliverables and deadlines.

Documentation:

• Manage the creation and updating of implementation documentation for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Escalation Support:

• Engage in escalation meetings to tackle challenges, ensuring both customer satisfaction and the success of projects.

Pre-Sales Engagement:

• Participate in pre-sales discussions to share insights regarding implementation processes and address customer inquiries.

Product Feedback:

• Collect and communicate feedback from implementation experiences to the product team to facilitate ongoing improvements.

Proven experience as an Implementation manager team lead, Technical project manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Strong understanding of project management tools.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with customer-facing roles, including escalation management and pre-sales.

• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and interact with customers.

• A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
