Join us in reimagining the future of assisted living facility management.Job Responsibility• Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand market presence in assisted living facilities, LTC organizations, and hospice care providers.• Lead the sales efforts for SaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with the unique needs of senior care providers and regulatory requirements.• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior living facility administrators, hospice directors, and LTC decision-makers to identify and address operational challenges.• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell advanced SaaS features and solutions.• Identify and penetrate new regions and underserved markets in the senior care sector, with a specific focus on Florida.• Track and analyze key sales metrics such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention rates, providing regular reports and actionable insights to executive leadership.• Ensure all sales activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all client interactions.Job Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.• Deep understanding of LTC, assisted living care operations, and hospice workflows, with the ability to align solutions to their unique challenges.• Extensive connections with decision-makers in assisted living, LTC, and hospice sectors.Technical Skills• 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years selling SaaS solutions or healthcare services to senior living facilities, LTC organizations, or hospice care providers.• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in healthcare or senior care markets.• Experience selling healthcare technology solutions that address operational workflows in senior care and hospice settings.• Familiarity with healthcare SaaS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and digital tools for client engagement and sales tracking.Soft Skills• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations to healthcare executives.• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify client needs and present tailored SaaS solutions that drive operational improvements.• Leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing sales teams to achieve organizational goals.• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior care facility administrators and hospice decision-makers.BenefitsWork on Cutting-Edge AI and B2B Technologies: Join us at the forefront of AI and B2B innovation, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and make a real impact on the world.
