We are a beauty start-up founded in 2020 and located in the heart of Berlin. Our team is made up of over 80 brilliant human beings who have come from all over the world to actively write Yepoda’s story.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team—open to both junior and experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to be in a dynamic role and support our team in the field of online performance marketing.

Your Tasks

  • Setup and monitoring of marketing campaigns across all our online marketing channels (Paid Social—mainly Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Amazon, SEA, etc.)

  • Analysis of relevant campaign KPIs and optimisation of the budget

  • Generate new ideas and think outside the box to find the next concept to make your marketing campaigns excel

  • Collaborate with our Graphic Design team to ensure great creatives and continuously test new ideas and formats.

Your Profile

  • Successfully graduated with a degree in Media Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or online marketing, with experience in setting up and managing paid ads campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills, affinity for creating reports, and extracting useful insights from data

  • Focus on results, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

  • Hands-on mentality, high drive, and ambition to perform effectively

  • Proficiency in English is required; native German or French languages are a plus

  • Passion for beauty topics and an interest in keeping up with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, etc.)

  • Team player who is open to new things and excited about the chance to take on responsibility in a young startup and grow together with us
