The role:


As the Manager, Sales Operations at Yubico, you’ll lead the global sales operations team and be responsible for the team’s overall productivity and effectiveness. You will help drive success within the Regions, enabling global process and methodologies to ensure the Global sales results are maximized. Additionally, you will offer insight and drive innovation to the broader business, drive simplification across the business processes and assist in the development and execution of key strategies for sustained growth.  This role reports to the VP, Sales Operations and works closely with the VP’s of Sales, field sellers, channel managers and many internal teams. 


Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Manage global sales operations team.  Train and coach employees to continually develop, improve and expand their professional skills
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks that ensure processes are consistently followed and properly controlled
  • Analyze the performance of the Regions throughout the sales process to identify areas of improvement and best practices.  Delve deep into processes and underlying data, identifying root causes and framing business problems
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop cross-functional working groups to oversee adherence and performance
  • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Enablement leadership to plan and support large-scale business transformations, rollouts and adoption of new processes
  • Develop key metrics to be communicated across the Regions, in addition to leadership who provide insights into the sales process and effectiveness of the sales organization
  • Direct and support the consistent implementation of company and/or sales initiatives
  • Support enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Measure compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data
  • Coordinate forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the organization
  • Ensure the highest levels of data quality and adherence to data standards.
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, customer success operations, sales systems or related fields
  • Experience in one of the following areas: Enterprise software, SaaS, IAM, cyber-security
  • Execution-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible results
  • Proven track record of successfully driving change and optimizing processes
  • Deep experience with CRM systems and tools; experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Creativity, self-confidence and flexibility
  • Managerial experience is preferred


$120,000 - $140,000 a year
Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. This role has the annual salary range for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation range will be based on the data for local cost of labor provided by the Economic Research Institute. Final compensation is also based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
