Zensurance is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team!


In this role, you will be a champion for our employees, partnering closely with people leaders to foster a high-performing and engaging culture.


Reporting to the VP of People and Culture, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing HR programs that drive employee development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Your expertise in identifying talent needs, creating development plans, and resolving employee relations issues will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively build strong relations with employees and managers to provide feedback and consultation on low to high complex HR related issues.
  • Ensure that established policies and processes are followed by all employees and take initiative to develop solutions for improvement.
  • Develop, design and facilitate training materials/presentations to communicate to the business units and employees on HR activities.
  • Analyze and interpret HR analytics and metrics to communicate the data/results to various stakeholders.
  • Support the HR team with its objectives and ensure all tasks, targets, and procedures are completed.
  • Onboard, train and develop team members with a broad range of HR strategies.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience.
  • Subject matter expertise in employment law, ESA and Human Rights policies across multiple provinces.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, designing and communicating internal human resources policies and processes.
  • Deep understanding in talent management, employee lifecycle, organizational culture, performance reviews, and disciplinary action.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to adopt to projects and day to day tasks.
