Telecom Lease Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote from USA
Start Date: January 2025
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of four (2-4) years of experience in real property contract administration for Telecom/wireless sites.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports Lease Administration and Company Projects:
• Work collaboratively with internal departments and landlords to process Site Location Agreements under an existing Master Lease Agreement.• Prepare lease abstracts for various types of real property contract documents.• Ensure all real property contract records are complete and maintain proper documentation in the approved online contract database.• Update and maintain online databases and lease tracking documents as required.• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with leases, including attending weekly progress meetings.• Provide regular reports and updates to the Leasing Manager as necessary.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:• Familiarity with generally accepted contracting practices, including formatting, writing, amending, administering, reviewing, and terminating real property and telecommunications contracts.• Experience with online contract management software, with a preference for knowledge of Cherwell and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.• Proficient in writing clear, concise, and understandable content for diverse audiences.• Ability to maintain an organized database of real property contracts and related documentation.• Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain focus on the bigger picture.• Analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret documentation, with attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies.• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information securely.Additional Job Requirements:• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively with independent decision-making.• Must have strong computer skills, particularly with web browsers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and handle busy days efficiently.• This is not a clerical role; active involvement in project and contract management is required.Work Hours:• Full-time, 40 hours per week.• Remote position, with flexibility in work hours, but primarily during regular business hours (M-F; 8 AM – 5 PM AK Time).What you didn’t know about us:• Competitive salary• Health, Dental and Vision Benefits• Long-Term growth potential• 401k• With this position, you will get the opportunity to work with a game changing client and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industry!We are Connectors.
