About the role:
At Zone & Co, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Product Marketer to help shape the future of our innovative SaaS products. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between product development, sales, and the market, ensuring that our solutions not only meet customer needs but also stand out in a competitive landscape. With the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence strategy, and make a tangible impact, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your manager to refine and implement clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Continuously iterate and improve messaging based on market feedback and performance metrics.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, pricing strategies, and sales enablement programs, with support from your manager.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product rollouts.
  • Support impactful marketing campaigns with product-driven insights and tailored messaging.
  • Create high-quality materials such as product collateral, sales presentations, case studies, and video scripts to empower sales and marketing efforts.
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to deliver training and resources that drive success.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence for your product line to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, content, and design, to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Actively participate in product roadmap discussions and development planning, providing marketing insights and customer perspectives.
  • Background in finance, accounting, or fintech, with experience in the SaaS space.
  • 3+ years in product marketing and at least 5+ years in marketing, sales, or solution engineering roles.
  • Skillset:
    • Proven product marketing and development experience.
    • Strong understanding of market trends and product lifecycles.
    • Ability to craft strategic marketing campaigns that deliver results.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • High empathy and a knack for understanding diverse perspectives.
  • Technical & Strategic Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in stakeholder management across all levels, including senior leadership.
    • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
