About the Job: As a Solution Principal, you will be at the forefront of transforming how our clients experience and implement our solutions. You’ll combine your technical expertise, strategic vision, and business acumen to deliver tailored, cutting-edge solutions that directly address complex client challenges. Working alongside a talented, cross-functional team—including sales, professional services, and Go-to-Market (GTM)—you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of projects that drive real value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize & Innovate
    • Dive into ZoneBilling implementation projects, uncover inefficiencies, and collaborate with teams to develop smarter, more efficient processes.
    • Craft scalable frameworks and templates to streamline our approach to SOWs and project plans.
  • Design & Deliver
    • Partner closely with GTM and sales teams to understand and shape client requirements during the pre-sales process.
    • Design tailored, impactful implementation plans that meet clients’ goals, timelines, and budgets—turning vision into reality.
    • Develop clear, actionable SOWs and project plans that ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate & Lead
    • Act as the essential bridge between sales, implementation teams, and clients, ensuring alignment and excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Provide expert insights during sales calls and client meetings, helping to drive value and build long-term relationships.
    • Ensure seamless transitions from sales to professional services for smooth project execution.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest best practices into our strategies and processes.
    • Proactively identify and implement improvements to optimize scoping and planning, ensuring ever-better delivery.
    • Be a key trainer and mentor, sharing knowledge and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or implementation roles, particularly in the Billing and ERP space.
  • Expertise in Billing and ERP solutions—NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing, documenting, and delivering clear project scopes, phased plans, and SOWs.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience driving long-term (6-12 months) enterprise-level projects to success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in project management methodologies like PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2.
  • Experience working in professional services or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar.
