What You’ll Do:

  • Design and animate high-level motion elements for product videos, social media content, web animations and product interfaces
  • Be relentless, by pushing the quality of your motion design to its highest standard. Iterating on feedback from senior designers and consistently striving to elevate the creativity and impact of our visual content
  • Be an entrepreneur, by taking ownership of motion design projects from conception through final delivery – managing timelines, feedback loops, and deliverables with autonomy
  • Be an expert, by becoming a champion of our brand to ensure that all motion design work maintains a professional, cohesive, and on-brand appearance
  • Be an innovator, by using a creative problem-solving mindset to find ways to communicate complex ideas effectively and overcome technical roadblocks
  • Be a team player, by collaborating with members of the Design Team, Video Team and Product Marketing team to ideate concepts, develop storyboards and produce high-level videos and animations that align with project goals
  • Stay up-to-date with design and animation trends, sharing insights and fresh ideas with the team to help keep our brand engaging and innovative

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in Motion Design, preferably with an internal marketing or creative team
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion design skills, attention to detail, and creativity. Experience animating Product UI is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma. Experience with Rive or Lottie is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail, committed to continuously improving your work and ensuring all outputs meet brand and standards
  • Ability to follow direction, adapt quickly to feedback, and consistently deliver high-level work, often under tight deadlines
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple animation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining our high standard of quality
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment, and proactively communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Experience building Motion Graphics Templates (.MOGRTs) in Adobe After Effects to streamline video production workflows
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting, with a proactive approach to skill development and creative contributions

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
