The team:


At Zopa Bank we are incredibly ambitious and as result there is always lots going on, the purpose of the delivery function is to ultimately ensure that across the organisation the right people are working on the right things, in the right way at the right time.  


This means that we are responsible for coordinating activities across multiple teams, ensuring adherence to banks governance structure and taking the lead on landing change inside the business. The delivery function compliments the product and engineering functions, acting as a force multiplier by providing structure, momentum, visibility, and effective communications.


This role will be based 2 days a week in our London Bridge office.


About you:
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others 
  • Experience in the creation and maintenance of cross team project plans
  • Understanding of IT project/delivery management
  • Are focused on active listening and understand the importance of communication skills
  • Have a proactive bias for action
  • Understands and respects the emotions and perspectives of others and the impact of change on people
  • Is an enthusiastic facilitator who can help steer meeting outcomes
  • Is resilient and able to maintain focus and composure under pressure
