ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager, HRIS Team

As a ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager focused on HRSD, your primary responsibilities will include leading the entire implementation process, coordinating with both functional and technical teams, managing project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. You'll also gather requirements, document processes, and develop training materials to facilitate user adoption of the new HR service delivery module.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, IT, or a related field is required, alongside 8+ years of project management experience, focusing on HR technology implementations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, including workflow configuration and system integrations. Additionally, a strong understanding of HR processes and certified ServiceNow credentials are highly desirable.

The ServiceNow Implementation Project Manager will work closely with various teams, including HR, IT, and Compliance. Your role will involve gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions, reinforcing your position as a crucial bridge during the project lifecycle.
