SALARY: $125,000 - $207,900, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Our Engineering team designs, builds, and operates the software that drives our business. Organized by technology layers; Platform, Data, Backend, API, and Frontend, our Mobile Engineering team is part of the Frontend group, responsible for all mobile applications.
We're looking for a visionary leader to head our Mobile Engineering team. You'll guide a team of ~10 engineers to build impactful mobile applications that streamline critical business workflows for tablets and mobile devices. This is a high-impact role where you'll elevate our mobile engineering to world-class standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and inspire a team of ~10 iOS engineers, fostering collaboration, growth, and high-quality engineering.
Drive modern iOS engineering practices, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, Data, Platform, and Web teams to align technical strategies and priorities.
Develop reusable, scalable software components and frameworks to support diverse workflows and applications.
Set technical standards, conduct code and architecture reviews, and promote continuous improvement.
Identify and implement process enhancements and technical innovations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams (10+ engineers).
5+ years of iOS engineering experience (Swift, Objective-C, UIKit, SwiftUI).
Strong expertise in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and security.
Excellent communicator and strategic thinker, aligning short-term actions with long-term goals.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Languages & Frameworks: Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, UIKit.
Reactive Programming: Combine, RxSwift.
Architectures: MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture.
Development Tools: Xcode, Interface Builder. Testing: XCTest, Appium (unit, UI, and regression testing).
Performance Optimization: Instruments, profiling tools. Security: OAuth, JWT, Keychain.
Monitoring & Analytics: OpenTelemetry, DataDog.
Other: Dependency injection, scalable design patterns
